Introduction

Welcome to pakgem, accessible at pakgem.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between pakgem and each individual who registers an account, accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Platform ("User", "you", "your").

Pakgem is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, table games, esports and instant-win games, together with supporting informational content covering responsible gambling, payment methods, KYC guidance and bonus term education.

3.4 Employee Exclusions

4.3 KYC and Verification

The Platform may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request, before activating a bonus or at any point the Platform deems necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani Users typically include:

• A valid passport

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible registered Users. You may access the Platform using any compatible web browser or mobile device for the purpose of placing authorised wagers on available markets, accessing live casino games, playing slots and engaging with other available gaming products.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 Deposit Methods

7.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is incomplete, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, as specified in the individual offer terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is in progress may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation, as specified in the individual offer. Unused bonus funds and any wagering requirement progress are forfeited at the expiry date. Extensions are not granted except at the sole discretion of Platform management.

7.5 Responsible Gambling and Bonuses

Prohibited Conduct

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pakgem.

Game titles, studio names, logos and trademarks belonging to third-party software providers are the property of their respective owners and are referenced on the Platform for informational purposes only. Pakgem makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property.

Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Pakgem makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgem and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, data loss or service interruption.

10.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting Platform support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed, and withdrawals are subject to standard verification and processing procedures. Closing your account does not discharge any existing obligations under these Terms.

11.2 Termination by the Platform

Pakgem reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise improper conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.
• User's written request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus balances, free spin credits and promotional rewards that have not been converted through completed wagering will be forfeited.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakgem holds its applicable operating licence. The Platform does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor that Pakistani courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

Pakistani Users are reminded that online gambling activities may be subject to Pakistani law, including provisions of the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Nothing in these Terms overrides the obligations of the User under applicable local legislation. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and Users should obtain independent legal advice regarding their specific circumstances if in doubt.

Any dispute between a User and the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint resolution process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority. Amendments to These Terms

Pakgem reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the revised document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
